Homzmart KSA Return Policy

Homzmart offers returns for products within 7 days after the product has been delivered to you if the product is eligible for return. For any Product with manufacturing defect / delivered in damaged condition, customers should report it within 48 hours with pictures/videos etc.

Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

On-Demand / Manufactured Products:

On-Demand / Manufactured Products are made specifically for you! And you have the right to return it only if the item is received in a Faulty condition or Should there be any Damage & Missing Parts

Please contact us through our official contact channels attaching a picture of the product condition along with the return request within 48 hours from delivery to report it to validate your claim.

On - Demand / Manufactured products are eligible for return for specific reasons mentioned in the table except change in mind.

Faulty / Damaged / Missing Parts: The customer has the right to return it if the item is received in a Faulty condition or Should there be any Damage & Missing Parts, Please contact us through our official contact channels attaching a picture of the product condition along with the return request within 48 hours from delivery to report it to validate your claim

The item must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging and materials (invoice, manuals, accessories, etc)

Change In Mind: In case of a change in mind, you can request to return the product within 7 days. Products that have been used, altered, assembled, or installed are not eligible to return unless they are defective. We reserve the right to check for defects and will repair or replace the defective products

Products will not be eligible to return If it has been used, or the product’s original box was opened,  unless there is a manufacturing defect.

For the Change in Mind case, shipping fees will be charged to the customer.

Do I get charged when I make a return or do I receive a full refund?

We do our best to deliver the best possible quality to your doorstep. If you request to return your product because of damage or a content mismatch, you will get fully refunded for your order . In Case of Change in mind return requests ,the customer will pay a shipping fee in a change of mind.

How to know if the product is made-on-demand or in stock?

Products that are on-demand have the type written under Product Info / Description.

How long will my refund take?

It may take up to 7 Days based on your location for a product to reach us once you return it. After the returned item is received and processed, it may take between 5 to  14 business days for the refund to get credited to your credit card or your bank account if you paid in cash.

Do Homzmart offer customization on products?

We don’t offer any product customization with sizes and materials.

However, we provide some color options for furniture items that you could know from product descriptions written on the website.

Can I return my order with any condition?

No, you have to return your order with the same condition you received it with, and in case you received a damaged order please add it to the return reason.

Can I request to get my refund in store credit?

You can request to refund your money by voucher refund method since we don’t offer credit wallets at the moment. For a faster refund, you can always request a refund voucher if you wish to purchase more items, The refund voucher may take 1 – 2 business days

Can I reject /Cancel my order after shipping?

We encourage you to inspect the product upon delivery and reject receiving it in the unlikely event of finding any damage or discrepancy.

Will I be charged cancellation fees?

No, we currently don’t apply any fees on cancelation requests and if your order prepaid will get your refund with 5 to 14 Days.

Do I also get the discount I applied refunded when returning a product from Homzmart?

You only receive a refund for the money you paid while purchasing your order and we don’t refund any discounts.

Ans: We can provide installation service for specific categories and specific cities.

Q: What items are included in installation services?

Ans: Beds, Recliner, storage units, tv units, coffee corners, Outdoor furniture.

Q: Will it be chargeable to the customer?

Ans: Yes excluding specific areas and categories.

Q: I have been waiting for the technician to reach my place at the designated time, but no one is here yet.

Ans: Please reach out to us on our official channel and we will check with the technician to reach on time.

Q: The product got damaged during the installation. What do I do?

Ans: If the product is installed by a seller technician then we will replace the damage part. If it is installed by freelance technicians,  customers have to deal with the technician directly.

Q: I would like to reschedule my installation. Who should I contact?

Ans: No if provided by seller , with technician customer can schedule as per his convenient time.

Q: The technician is asking for additional payment, what should I do?

Ans: Will take action against the technician.

  • All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.
  • Saudi Arabia is our country of domicile
  • Website will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Saudi Arabia
  • We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in SAR.
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment (in case of pre-paid payment method)

  • In case of return and Refund we will send you messages and Emails and Airway Bill will be generated for the return , we will try to call you up to 3 times to arrange your return request by Homzmart and our shipping company , in case we have got your reply to emails and/or calls , your return will happen within 6 days. In case we cannot reach out to you or in case you are delaying picking up the product , your return request will be Rejected, and Homzmart will not be responsible for the return and amount refund.
