Can I modify my order after confirming it?

To make any modifications to your order after confirming it, the current order will be canceled, and a new order with the required changes will be created for you.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can easily cancel your order by sending a cancellation request to the email address Hello@homzmart.sa. If you paid in advance, the refund will be processed through your original payment method.

Can I return or refuse a product?

Of course, you can refuse to accept the product upon delivery if there is damage or any visible defects. You can return the product under the following conditions:

  • If there is any defect in the product, please contact us through our official communication channels within 48 hours of receiving the product to report it. Please take at least three photos of the damage and send them to us via the channels below along with your return request.

Change of Mind: You can return the product within 7 days of the receipt date, provided that the product's accessories are complete, in the original packaging, and the product is in its original condition (does not apply to custom-made products). Products cannot be returned after installation. Failure to meet any of the above conditions implies acceptance of the product(s), and your return request may be rejected.

How to submit a return request?

If your request is approved, we will contact you within 48 hours. The product will be returned within 3 to 6 business days, depending on the geographical location. If you paid in advance, the refund will be processed through the same original payment method. If you paid cash on delivery, the refund will be made via bank transfer within 5 to 14 business days.

Will I be charged any fees for a return, or will I get a full refund?

We strive to provide the best possible quality for you. If you request a return due to damage or content mismatch, the full amount of your order will be refunded. The product will be returned from the same delivery location, provided that the product's accessories are complete, in the original packaging, and the product is in its original condition.

How do I get my money back?

The refund will be processed through the original payment method:

  • Mada: Mada
  • Credit Card: Credit Card

How long does it take to get my money back?

The timeframe for the refund depends on the original payment method used to place your order. The refund takes 5-14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.

Late or missing refunds

What should I do if the refund or bank transfer exceeds 14 business days? Check your bank account or contact your bank's customer service to see if there are any pending transactions.   • All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will not be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.
  • Saudi Arabia is our country of residence.
  • The website will not deal with or provide any services or products to any of OFAC-sanctioned countries, in accordance with Saudi Arabia's laws.
  • We accept online payments using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in Saudi Riyals.
  • Refunds will be processed only through the original payment method (for pre-paid orders).
  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of Saudi Arabia.

If you request a return and refund, we will contact you by sending reminder emails and issuing a return shipping policy. We will attempt to contact you three times to notify you about the return request by Homzmart and the shipping companies. If you respond to the email or calls, the product will be returned within 6 days of the request date. If we cannot contact you due to your failure to respond to the email or calls or if you repeatedly request to postpone the appointment, your return request will be canceled. Homzmart will not be responsible for returning the products or refunding the amount. In case of a change of mind, the shipping fees will be deducted from the customer.
